I have good news! Through my experience and education I have discovered that the possibility for healing and positive change is limitless within the context of a healthy relationship. I prioritize the creation of a safe and secure connection with all of my clients, while supporting them in developing the skills to create and maintain healthy relationships in the outside world.

My counseling practice offers a space in which you will feel fully seen, heard, and appreciated in your honest authenticity. This allows for the natural processing of challenging experiences that have become stuck within in the psyche, which in turn, leads to healing, clarity, and internal peace.

I have experience working with couples, families, and individuals. I spent over a year as a counselor at Bainbridge Youth Services, working with adolescents ranging from 13-19 and hold a special place in my heart for young clients that are in the process of developing their sense of self and personal autonomy. I understand the unique challenges presented by technology that are facing the current generation and work with teens to find balance and purpose.

I currently work in private practice on Bainbridge Island, where I support couples, families, and individuals in the navigation of a wide variety of issues. My approach with all clients is compassionate, curious, and direct.

I am a mother, wife, animal lover, and herbalist. I spend my free time reading, walking in the forest, and having fun with my family and friends. I love traveling, especially to Central America.

I am currently seeing clients remotely via Telehealth and in-person from my beautiful yurt office on Bainbridge Island. We can chat in the yurt by the fire, or sit in the pasture with my friendly goats, Gaia and Calypso. I look forward to hearing from you!
